No contract = no commitment! Our clients are free to discontinue service at any time with no charge.
Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling a cleaning service. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your clean we ask that you kindly give at least a 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. If a clean is cancelled within 24 hours of your service, your clean will be will be due in full.
Lockouts are charged a $75 fee. We confirm your scheduled cleaning with you prior to each cleaning in order to prevent lock outs.
Payments are due day of service at the end of your cleaning. Late payments are NOT accepted. Payments can be made via Credit Card, Apple Pay, Business Venmo or Gift Card (With Prior Purchase Confirmed).
Rates may increase periodically based on inflation. You will be notified of any price increase in advanced to your next service. Tips are never expected, however gratuity is always appreciated!
Requests for work outside of the discussed cleaning route are to be made no later than the beginning of your scheduled cleaning. Any requests outside of this time frame are subject to additional fees. This is includes and is not limited add-ons.
V/Clean has the right to terminate cleaning services if, at any time, the cleaner feels threatened or harassed in any way. The client will be responsible for the full price of the cleaning service.
We do not discount cleanings under any circumstance. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning we will be back to fix it at no cost. Please do not clean any area you believe is unsatisfactory - instead call us immediately.
